    The staff at the spa exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism, often appearing rude and dismissive. My room experienced persistent plumbing issues with the shower leaking water onto the floor.

    comfortable venue, magnificent location really close to metro station and outlet 212 and mall of istanbul, loved our stay. the staff were really helpful people from the customer service and guests relations and double room was the best. we got a bathtub too.

    Location: the hotel was near to metro station, and outlet 212 and Mall of Istanbul. We booked lovely and good room with classic music and could use wake-up service, available in it. Top-notch service, provided by the nice and great staff.

    The hotel staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the lovely amenities. We also had fun exploring Atakoy Marina and Historia Fatih Shopping Centre. For future guests, the breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend this place for a group getaway!
